We only offer one party package. However, if you aren't interested in the full package, you can still party with us! You can rent use of our party room for $100. This guarantees exclusive use of our party room, but does not include any of the other amenities included in the party package. Standard stay-n-play rates apply for the time spent inside the building. Just like a standard party, we don't require that all of our guests register with us, but we do require that they all sign the waiver. These are our recommended places, but you are free to use anyone you would like. The only food provided with our standard parties is the cake. You may bring your own food if you like or have food delivered. If you choose to have the food delivered, you have the option of paying for it yourself separately, or we can pay for it and pass the cost on to you with your total bill. Our play area is always open to the public during normal operating hours. The party room, however, is reserved for your exclusive use. Each party is booked for 2 hours, which you may divide up how you wish between the play area and the party room. Most parties play for 1 hour and then go to the party room for food, cake, presents, etc. If you would like to rent out the entire facility for your party, we have made 9:00am and 6:00pm party slots available on Sundays. These time slots may be reserved for an additional fee. No. That is, as long as you have registered, we will keep your waiver on file. This makes subsequent visits easy and painless. If you are coming with a group of 10 or more children, please try to give us a heads-up so we can be sure to have the required amount of staff. Also, if you register at home online before you come in, that will facilitate the check-in process and get these kids in to start playing right away! Yes you can!!! Adults are welcome and encouraged to jump on the bed, swing on the zip line, slide head first down the laundry chute and everything else you always wanted to do as a child! If you want to stay, but don't want to play, enjoy some peace and quiet in our parents room! Where you can take a nap, read a magazine or book, enjoy the free WiFi and complimentary beverages. Safety is our number one concern at Kid Drop Zone! Our entire staff is first-aid and CPR certified and extensive background checks have been performed on each. We aim to maintain a 10:1 kid:staff ratio to ensure that there is plenty of help to go around. Additionally, we have 8 security cameras, all in plain sight, that are monitored from the front desk. **WE ARE A PEANUT FREE FACILITY!!** Add an "Adult" to your account. In the case of an emergency, we need to know not just how many people are in our facility, but also who they are and who to contact for each. Additionally, your account lists who is allowed to pick up your child. By registering, you are able to log in and edit this list. You can register either from home through our secure website before you come in, or register from the kiosks in our lobby. If you stay with your child, there is no limit. However, because we are not a daycare, drop-offs are limited to 3 hours. Additionally, Kid Drop Zone complies with the Code Of Virginia § 63.2-1715 Exemption #4 stated above. The monthly pass is subject to the same restrictions to the drop-off service. The monthly pass also does not cover the cost of a party. Almost! We hope to have this feature active soon. When you come in to drop off, we record your visit in our database. When you log into your account, you will be able to see basic usage statistics. You can use this information as we do to make sure that you stay under the 6 hours/week drop-off limitation. Nope! Just drop in and/or drop-off! We must adhere to regulations set by the state and we are not a daycare. Therefor, we must impose a $30/child penalty for every 15 minutes that exceede the 3 hour time limit for drop-offs. We ask that you plan your activities accordingly. Yes. We require that you sign a Liability Release and Assumption of Risks Waiver. Please take this time to download and read it. You may, as long as: 1. Your neighbor has created an account for them 2. You are listed as an Adult on that account. Each account would be billed separately. We require this to prevent someone from dropping off the entire neighborhood at the "3+ kids" price. For example, if you brought your own 4 children and a neighbor's 4 children, then you would be charged the "3+ kids" rate for each family. Kid Drop Zone is not a day care.
