On behalf of Kid Drop Zone, I want to express my regrets over having to close the doors before some of the monthly passes expired. I know what it is like to buy something and then not be able to fully utilize it through no fault of my own. Therefore, we want to make sure that everyone who paid $99 for a monthly pass to KDZ at least go $99 worth of value from the pass.

The received value has been determined by how much money you would have spent if you had not purchased the pass in the first place, but instead paid at each visit. The current rate schedule applies:
$10 for the 1st child
$ 5 for siblings

If the value of the services you received from KDZ was less than $99, you are due a reimbursement for the difference because we feel that you lost money by purchasing the pass.
If the value of the services you received from KDZ was more than $99, we will be unable to issue any refund.
